This week we will find Paul and his shipmates safely on the island of Malta but Paul's adventure continues with a bite from a deadly snake. God uses this situation for His glory! We will review Paul's life and how God used him throughout his life. We will play Jeopardy!

Also we will say good-bye to our 2nd graders. They will be moving up next week to the 3rd grade class! We will miss them very much!

Last week's lesson was a cliffhanger. We left Paul trusting in God's promise, but still in the storm. This week we will see how God kept His promise. The ship broke apart but everyone on board made it safely to shore.

This week's lesson recounts the adventures of Paul as his ship is caught in a terrible storm. Paul shows us how we are to act when trouble comes. Paul first prays for God's help. Next he listened and believed God's answer. Finally he shares with others about God's good news.
Memory Verse: Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. Col 3:15 (NIV)
